Todd Richardson MD, FACS
Dr. Richardson earned his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean. He completed his general surgery residency at Providence Hospital and Medical Centers in
Southfield, Michigan where he received citations of excellence as Chief Resident. He has
undergraduate degrees in both physiology and cellular biology from Michigan State University. A fellow of the International College of Surgeons, Dr. Richardson is a diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and a member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
Dr. Richardson has research and clinical experience in surgery, oncology and advanced
laparoscopy, including pancreatectomy, adrenalectomy and gastric surgery. He is an active
medical staff member at Covenant HealthCare and St. Mary’s of Michigan.
Dr. Richardson and his wife, Lekha Richardson, M.D., have three daughters and live in Saginaw. In his free time you’ll find Dr. Richardson on a golf course.
